The number of charms available for me to choose from was not enough Yes, I found some I liked, but we had to go through 4 different backup trays to do it. That means I had to go through 7-8 different trays. Of which, all the back-up trays were 80% empty.I really colorful charmed. I could only find 1 will color, and then because my options were limited I had to pay more than I wanted. I was hoping for $30-60 charms, but the majority of options left were $75-100+. I love my bracelet, but this was not the best experience at the store I've had.

Often times at this location they are not very well stocked with merchandise but the salesgirls are excellent.

Overall great. Parking is the problem. Friendly staff, energetic , store bright and clean. Space will be an issue when crowded.

On several attempt to get my credit back on my gift finally I when to store to use. . 2 different locations I try the one on cross country the personnel not well trained, on ridge hill even the staff that was new was confuse at the beginning because she New, management didn’t help her she was no busy with other customers, but I was patient I spend lots off money in this latest trip , love ur collection, but much need improvement in ur staff. Poor girl new yes start working their. She was nevertheless helpful I told take ur time I am not in a rush. Hope she will get more help from her coworkers. In order to improve her self. I love Pandora. But I had to go in the store to use Pandora credit card because ur web. Has a issue I. Ur soft ware please. Fix ur problem thank. Francisca pena. 646-2361101

No one is perfect and everyone has room for improvement. Store is tiny, so not much room. Associates sorta helpful.

I had to wait a very long time to make a simple return when there was only one other customer ahead of me. I should never have to wait that long in a store that's primarily empty.
