A simple transaction became too complicated for the sales associate. This led to me spending more money which was unnecessary. The associates did not know what to do.

The manager of the store was looking at me like I was going to steal something and was rushing me to buy something without letting me see the product.

I had my bracelets cleaned. Unfortunately when I got home, my seahorse had fallen off the hook. I called and i was a bit disappointed with Elise V. Not very welcoming or caring. I have never lost anything from my bracelet before or ever. So disappointed that the hook was slightly open and it fell off. Very surprised as I thought it may have fallen in the cleaning solution and because it was so small may have missed it. She did not care. I am so very disappointed

I was told that my receipt would be emailed to me but I have not received it.

I wasn't given time Just to look around before I was quick to be asked or have the Sales associate Is there sometimg I can help you with.

The line was way too long and the sales rep was more upset about not being able to leave on time than helping me out. They were moving incredibly slow and didn't even put my items in a bag for me. I won't be returning to that location.

Lady was in a rush for me to leave the store. Ridge hill Pandora. Black lady natural hair . It was so sad.

I asked if there were any specials going on at this time and I was told no, only to find out that there is a special every Friday.

The sales associate was very slow and took a lot of time showing me the merchandise I was asking to me. She was not very knowledgeable either.

We could tell the sales associate thought we woudlnt purchase anything. We were shopping for charms and she showed us onliñy two pallets when we asked if there were more she laughed and said we have over 800 yet we had to keep asking to be shown other options.
