Sales associate was not very friendly and was very awkward. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Did not really say much about any of the products I had questions about she just stood there and watched me look at them and try them on.

I spent over $400 on merchandise. There was one other item I wanted - the last one in stock. It was engraved which I didn’t request but was fine with. They would only sell it to me at the engraved price. I’ve spent thousands at pandora over the years. Won’t be returning. Staff not at all friendly either.

SA was a little rude and acted as if I was a bother to her. I left the store and she forgot to put a bracelet in my bag, Was told to bring the receipt and they would give it to me. I get to the store and they make it seem as i was trying to steal and told me that they would have to check cameras- which is totally fine. Conclusion was that the SA didnt put the bracelet in the bag. i understand the need to check cameras but if i come all the way back after just being there and getting home. I shouldnt need to feel like i am trying to steal. did not like how the staff treated me. After it was given it - not even a sorry from them

I was looking for my daughter birthday present, the sales associate didn’t pay attention to me until I asked, after I finished selecting what my daughter wanted I asked if they can fix one of my charms, it’s damaging my clothes, she explained to me about the one year policy I wasn’t aware of that, she check my receipt online And told me that it was more than 1 year, I asked how long she said 1 year and one month she couldn’t do anything about it. I purchased my daughter present $200 by the way, I got my receipt in my email So I checked for my last receipt, she lied to me I made a purchase on my birthday October 27,2020 It’s a year and one week, I wasn’t looking for a new charm I only wanted to know if it was fixable

The sales associate told me to use my finger nail to open the clasp. When I told her I didn’t want to ruin my nails she THEN offered a clasp opener for purchase. I reminded her several times about the clasp opener before closing the sale. After she charged me for everything BUT the clasp opener she then tells me she doesn’t have anymore after I have paid and have the bracelet stuck on me. She told me to call another store to see if they have any instead of her calling. When they didn’t answer I asked for a refund. I asked for cash because I did not want to wait days for the funds to show up. She said she could do it. When the supervisor came over she told me she wouldn’t refund cash because she did not want to mess up her register. No apology. No remorse. Just rude. I ended up getting another clasp opener at a different store. This was my first experience and the worst. I will not be coming back based on that service alone. Not impressed.

Amber did not clean my bracelet well. Her responses were short & clipped as if my presence was a nuisance.

Associated wasn't very knowledgeable of the charm options. I asked to see a few so my mom can select some charms since it was her first time there. She only brought out 1-2 charms and they were the most expensive ones. I've visited the website and store before and I know what options they have. I'm not sure if you guys work off of commission but that's very greedy just so you can get a check.

The manager was initially very welcoming but the sales associate was not knowledgeable and the store didn't have a lot of the items i was looking for. The coupons didn't work , no one could assist, I could not be found in the system. I was not even offered to have my bracelet cleaned even after I mentioned that it needed to be cleaned.
