Unfortunately I was given the wrong size bracelet and I felt rushed through my experience. Jewelry shopping is not supposed to be rushed because things like getting a bracelet 3 sizes too small happens

The Cross County location had 4 workers in the store and yet I waited on line for 1.5 hours to exchange a bracelet. Finally get into the store for them to tell me they don’t have the size. There should be better inventory in such a busy location. Then I had to drive to Ridgehill which only had 2 workers wait on a line again for 30 minutes. Fortunately they had what I needed. The Cross County location needs more structure. The employees need to work a little faster so they don’t have a long line.

It had nothing to do with the services provided by the sales associates. My pandora credit card purchase was being declined and nobody could understand why.

Well my guy notice that the store had ants. The ants were at the windows. It was uncomfortable.

Not enough merchandise in stock. Very unorganized. Store space not sufficient for large capacity of people during this.

After waiting about 2 hours and half in line the items I was looking for where all sold out or the representative couldn’t find it. I think it would be much easier if costumers could at least know if they have the items in stack while they wait in line. (I experienced this at the 34th Street Location and also at Ridge Hill Location)

I’m dissatisfied because i was one day late to the sale that was going on and the manger wouldn’t honor the sale. Most store will do that for their customers especially returning customers.

I was not presented with the items I was looking for. The associates was in a bad mood and felt like she didn't want to help look for items asked. Lastly, I felt like she didn’t even wanted me to talk at all or ask questions, because she’ll cur me off at all times and make inappropriate eye movements.
