I have been a customer at this location for over 8 years. I always loved to come this this location. However, my last visit was just awful!! The staff was not friendly and dismissive. They looked annoyed about having people in the store and more worried about the line forming outside the store than taking care of the customers. I understand Covid has changed the way we shop and it can be uneasy for retail stores employees. However, I would never treat my customers the way I was treated. My husband purchased a few Christmas gifts for me for over $380.00. I needed to return a necklace that was too tight around my neck. Amber, the shift manager was not pleasant at all. Genesis was carrying on a conversation with her while taking care of me, ignoring me completely for 5 minutes. I have never NEVER had this type of issues before. A lot of new faces that obviously don't want to be there. I also asked for the cleaning service and I was told that I could not do it because it was late. I asked if I could leave it and pick up another day and the answer was NO. I asked for a cloth to clean my bracelets and necklace and again I was told NO, that this time I needed to pay for it. AWFUL

Several charms not available in the store. Spent more than the $65 needed to qualify for the free charm promo (I spent $435) and was told charm not available. Sales Associate could not call nearby stores to check availability of “free charm”.

Purchased 5 items on 2/12/20 one of the two rings was the wrong size. I requested a size 6 and was given a size 5. When I went to exchange the ring today 2/19/20 they did not have the same ring in the correct size. They showed me rings that were more money. So I asked if they could check other stores and I was told by Amber and the other associates (didn't get name on name tag lead associate) that they don't do that I had to do that myself. So to confirm, I asked you don't check other stores I have to call and was told that is correct you have to call yourself. So I called the store a few miles away in the Cross County shopping mall to check. Upon my arrival the associate asked what size do I normally get and I said 6 so not sure why this doesn't fit and she said that's because this ring is a size 5. So not only was I given the wrong size when I purchased the ring when I went back to exchange the ring I treated poorly. The worst customer service I have experienced and would NEVER return to that store at Ridge Hill or purchase a Pandora product.

my account didn’t appear on pandora system,so they was not able to find my receipt and i lost 35%of my bracelet price.mind you is there product and it broke..

The manager who began assisted me at first was rude, unhelpful and handed me off to a new girl who was very nice but every time the new girl would ask for help, the manager would roll her eyes, and the customer service on her end was unacceptable.
