I came in for a birthday gift and the sales associate was able to craft a charm bracelet fit for the theme I wanted and the budget I had. If I were a regular shopper I would come more often the overall experience was amazing.

The 86th street Pandora was an amazing experieince. Stephanie answered my phone call regarding an issue I had and was pleasant and helpful on the phone. She encouraged me to visit the store so that she could further assist me. Which she did! She was friendly, sweet, knowledgeable and patience. The store was clean and calm with a nice ambiance and energy between the employees. All the employees were working but did not seem harried or stressed. The lighting, air quality, and music level was also pleasant. Compared to the kings plaza store location it was a much better experience. The KP location is way too hot, bright and loud. It is an extremely unpleasant shopping experience.

The store itself felt very clean and classy, but not overwhelming. Stephanie S, our salesperson, was very sweet, efficient, and helpful. We were a bit nervous about exchanging the item we had purchased online, but Stephanie put us at ease and made it very simple and pleasant. She also answered our questions about other merchandise, and even recommended another local business where we could get my daughter's ear repierced. During our visit we noticed that she was also very pleasant to other visitors and staff. Highly recommend the store and staff!
