I walked into pandora first thing was that I was greeted kindly. The sales person knew exactly how to help me out. Also when I asked about how i can keep it in great condition, she recommended the clean at home kit so It can be kept shinny and clean . GREAT SERVICE.

Ms. Chante was a pleasure her customer service is fantastic. She have lots of patience.

Chante Assistant Manager was very helpful and even offered to clean my bracelet. She also helped me with selecting a replacement bracelet and new charms.

She was very kind and had high knowledge of the products. I am overall very satisfied and will 100% return next week to shop with the same sale associate. She helped me engrave my childrens name on a pendant which I had no knowledge of before. I am very pleased

Vanessa was really nice to me and patient with me while I look for the charms I wanted. She shows knowledge on her work and she wasn’t pushy on getting other things like how most sales associates are. I told her I was looking for charms for my bracelet and she helped me with that and i was in and out just like how i like to be in stores
