I walked into the store about midday and everybody was busy, employee turn around and welcome me to the store. She was the first one to finish with a customer and came to me and greeted me again I was very pleased how attentive she was I did make a purchase she was very helpful. Thank you Sol. I think that was her name.

Store was clean and organized. Staff was a little busy but my sales rep was very pleasant. She was able to help me with an exchange effortlessly.

I appreciated the kindness of the sale associate. She was very understanding of the reason why I was purchasing the gift. She was very professional but human.

The customer service experience was 5 star. Carmelita was very helpful and had great ideas on putting together a bracelet for me. She also mention the pandora card which made it more affordable for me. I was very happy with my new purchase and at 10% with my new card.

I went into pandora because I had a small issue with an item that was a gift and it had broken. Dominique the manager was able to make the transition very pleasant that I ended up purchasing another item which I’m completely obsessed.
