Dianne was very helpful with me making my final decision to purchase my new charm. She also went as far as to clean ALL of my Pandora jewelry. Excellent customer service!!!!!

Taraqianna Q was amazing, the product I wanted wasn't available but she was able to guide me to others that were available. She was able to save a sale, add attachments and guide me to the online purchasing venue for the total sales experience.
