Helena and her staff at 86 street are amazing.I had to come to the 86 st store because my visit at Atlantic Terminal was horrible. The manager Cassandra and her staff gave me such a hard time and did not listen to my request to look up my account in order to provide the best customer service experience. Thankfully I met the 86st street staff and they truly turned it around for me.
