I can’t rave enough about Karen H. The store manager . Allie asst store manger was also very nice. I felt with Karen last week and went back to see her. She is customer service at ITS BEST. Warm , friendly and super caring ! I will shop there just because she knows my style AND every item plus all charms. She has. Photographic memory . Super personable and friendly .

I came in the store looking for a charm. Your sales associate Elisa was very friendly, very welcoming to me.I am new to this Pandora store..I am now going to make it my business to recommend all my friends and family to this store. She had great customer service skills. In addition Karen the manager was also great there as well..She made me welcomed in the store and also made some great recommendations for my bracelet to add some new charms to it..I do not live in Brooklyn but I will come to this store because their hospitality and customer service.

This store is always a pleasure to go to , the workers are always ready and willing to help you and always find a solution to make the customer leave happy … I shop here always and I’ve never had a bad experience … they really go above and beyond to attend all your needs .
