My sales person was Dianne C. She was extremely friendly, respectful, knowledgeable of store products. Suggested gifts for age group I was purchasing for. Could not have done my purchase without her input. Highly enjoyed shopping there.

I went in there with my granddaughter to buy a Sweet 16 gift for one of her best friends at the 86th Street in Bay Ridge. The Sales Associate, Honda, was courteous,and knowledgeable, she took the time to help my granddaughter find the perfect gift for her friend.

I was attended to quickly. The associate was very kind and let me handle the product for a better visual. She wrapped the product very neat and nice.

Very long wait time due to only 3 associates working which were occupied with other customers.

Well, I always love the staff so friendly. I.love how the store is lit up. I also love the acknowledgement that you get when you first come into the store. I just wish the items were a little less expensive and more great sales. I'm a single mother and it's hard for me to.purchase the items I really want. I already have a $700.00 bill. That's a lot for me. However, I really enjoy shopping there when I go. I love pandora.

tattianna was so helpful and friendly she was able to find me every single charm i lost last week when my bracelet opened with out me noticing.. i thank her so much and anyone to ask for her at brooklyn ,bayridge store.

I was very please with tatianna from the Bayridge store very sweet and helpful. I just wish you had bigger ring size I’m a 11 and the biggest is 9. Other than that very pleased
