Pandora Jewelry

I went in to look for earrings but ended up leaving with a ring. I decided to get my jewelry cleaned in the midst of shopping around. The sales rep was friendly and good conversation. She helped me with everything my sister and I needed or wanted.

Our sales associate Jemima B. was helpful and attentive to our needs/preferences. She was well informed of the products and didn't rush us. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

I am highly satisfied when I go in to the store and Jemima assist me. Literally I love her customer service skills the staff should follow her footsteps.

The sales rep Kimberly was very knowledgeable and efficient. She was able to assist me and on one particular exchange item was able to refer me to another Pandora store that would have the item in stock. She was polite and courteous.
