It was a quick and efficient visit to my local pandora. I got a few necklaces and the lady that helped me, Ariani, was very sweet and helpful. I would recommend this location to all my friends.

I had such a great experience at Pandora today! Doris helped me find not one, but two beautiful rings to add to my collection! She was so educated and knowledgeable on the merchandise that it made it so easy shopping with her!! Her coworker, Hoda was also very nice in asking if I needed assistance! It was a pleasure! DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

Karen was sooo helpful.She gave me more information how to maximize my experience and "freebies' the store.She tried her best to find the items I like.She made me aware of the benefits of having the Pandora card.Good leaderships multi tasker.She made sure that customers are taken care of as soon as they step in the store, social distancing is observed yet people coming in are made welcome.She is very good at accomplishing her job like taking care of my needs by directing the other sales associate what to do to run the store smoothly.she was opening my account while the other eye is to make sure the customers coming in is attended by a sales associate not forgetting social distancing and observing cleanliness and virus transmittal w/in the store through people contact or by the merchandise.She told me they never put back the charms, bracelets,etc w/o disinfecting them...I like that very much.

I had an amazing experience today at pandora . The service was fast , And everyone there was nice . Plus everyone had a mask on so it felt safe .

I was greeted outside by the store manager who was so sweet and we had a lovely conversation outside since I had to wait to go in. What really shocked me-I WAS OFFERED WATER SINCE IT WAS HOT OUT!! Love that idea for guests! I was then allowed into the store and to a station thats just been sanitized where I was greeted by Ariani who helped me with looking at rings. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was very sweet, took her time with me, I did not feel rushed into making a purchase or feel force into buying things like some stores like to do. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW WONDERFUL ARIANI IS! We talked about stackable rings and how i love them. She showed me her favorite stackable set and I fell in love with it that I purchased those two rings on top of the other rings I went in there to get. I would have never thought to put those two rings together but the outcome was beautiful! There was one ring i liked but didn't get at the time, but i came back later in the day to get it and Ariani remembered which ring it was and got it for me (so easy)! So happy with my overall purchase and store experience that I will be going again and hope that Ariani is there to assist me!
