I was highly satisfied because the store associate that haloes was really nice and understanding and had no problem in helping me with my purchase. I will come back to see her.

My new bracelet had a problem with the clasp and the salesgirl was happy to help. I was also able to get my other bracelets cleaned while there. They are always pleasant and helpful.

The sales associate Ariani was the best. I told her I was double parked and she moved with a sense of urgency and she is very friendly!!! Give her a raise!

The bracelet my daughter gave me broke last night and JJ was amazing helping me replace it and understood the sentimental value this piece holds in my heart! She was so sweet!

The staff was really knowledgeable with the charms and bracelets I had in question. She was also helpful in suggesting what was best for my daughter as her wrist is very small and did not want her bracelet falling off her wrist. Overall, I am happy with my visit, being that it was my first time at a Pandora store.
