The manager Jessica was not nice. I had an old gift card and I forgot to give it and when I cam back see told me the card was old and because the amount was only $5.73 she made me feel like I was being cheap I felt like she as looking down at me what saved me from getting really angry was the sales person that was servicing me. I had to go online to prove to her the card was still good. I think she should go back in a course on how to treat customers. I came really close to returning everything and walking out.

Thé size of rings are available,there is few choices and the sales is in all store but just selected items..!!!and when you ask for the items found online they said either finish or we don’t have!!

Although I was in genereal satisfied by the shopping experience in Pandora, I found it difficult to have a clear view of all the gamme of products. I needed to consult the "book" all the time... I would prefer to see and touch the various products "live".

Due to black friday sale. There was high traffic of people and low stock on lots of items. I would like to bought Online but this option the promo was less 10%
