I wasn't highly satisfy as I ordered a charm online that was suppose to be pink and it arrived gold. Since the item was on sale there was no return or exchange possible. I called the dix30 store and the employee told me rudely there was nothing they could do, that I had to call customer service. I called another store right away as I wasn't satisfy with the service and answer and the other representative kindly went and double check with her manager and told me they could do the exception as it was Pandora's error (wrong colour ). Since this other store was far I then called Pandora's customer service to explain that dix30 wouldn't do anything for me, so we did a tree way call with dix30 store's manager and they finally accepted. They experience was unpleasant as the first employee didn't do anything to help and made me waste my time calling 2 other places for something they could clearly fixed on the spot. When I went in store my experience was good and the manager fixed everything but getting to this final steps I find was complicated. The issues wasn't solve easily as per lack of effort.

Excuse my writing because I am a french canadian. We had to wait one hour to be served. Too many people we did not have the chance to look at the items in the shelter. But well serve by the clerk.

The manager was not sympatic and didn't want to give me the10$ off with the validation code I got from a precedent survey I had fill out.

I had the feeling that our arrival at the store was an inconvenience, keeping the representative from brooming the floor. I knew what I wanted and asked direct questions, which is why we directly approached her. had the feeling of indifference and slowliness (I attempted to find the price online while waiting for the answer for example); I had the feeling that I only get a glimpse to the merch and then having to decide, which is why I only purchased 1product (instead of 3-4 I had in mind). Only towards the payment the rep warmed up and gave me a real smile. I do understand that towards the closure of the store the motivation is not the highest, but had I known before, I would have spared both of us the awkward feeling and me being a customer in the first place.

Je sais que le magasin n'est pas grand et à cause de la pandémie il y a moins de personnel pour nous servir mais lors d"une promotion il y aurait du avoir un peu plus de personnel pour servir les clients et l'attente aurait été moins longue car il ne faut pas oublier qu'il y a beaucoup de clients qui ne savent pas ce qu'ils veulent et ceux qui arrivent préparer comme moi, attende pour ceux qui prennent leur temps et qui pense juste à eux.

The associate was pleasant and I was greeted once I entered the store. I was looking specifically for a gift and the associate was efficient in finding it for me quickly. I wished she would of cleaned the charm since I said it was a gift. I’ve visited others stores for example the one in Montreal Trust and they always polish whatever I buy just as a little extra.
