The sales associate was extremely nice, patient and helpful! The engraving process was great and there was lots of opportunities for me to ask questions. All the ladies at the store were so nice to my son as well.

Friendly store associate

I place an order online and when I received it, I had to change one of the items I bought because of the size. When I wen to the store, Lauren (#243843) not only was very courteous and polites, but she was most helpful. She went more than beyond to provide an excellent customer service. And I hope I get to deal with her on my next visit at this Pandora location.

Person helping me is very nice

The service was very quick. Corina who served me was very helpful and full of suggestions. She was also very kind and patient with me being a first time shopper at Pandora.

Th sales representative was very welcoming and provided excellent service. I had picked a charm prior to arriving but wanted to add something to my purchase. The sales representative took out several things to show me in order for my to make a choice

Sales person Z'hava was exceptionally friendly, took the time needed with us, we were not rushed, and felt valued as customers. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she made suggestions, which were BANG on, we went there for my daughter's 18th birthday, and she made our experience even more special.
