The associate was very knowledgeable on all the product. She was also very helpful with finding me the product I wanted. The associate also made sure I was comfortable with my purchase.

I love the piece that I got today . The service was very nice and I would definitely shop there again.

The sales associates were extremely pleasant in store as well as on the phone when I called to ask about putting aside the ring I chose. My order was set aside by one associate by the name Jess and when I got there, another associate (I forget her name, but it starts with a K) was able to easily find what I came to pick up. That to me shows they are very well organized and have a great teamwork ethic. The associate that helped me in store was very patient and helped me in my sizing and how to wear the piece I picked out, while Jess, whom I spoke with on the phone, was able to help me choose the approximate size based on a ring I already had (I did not know that the size was engraved, so I learned something new thanks to her). They were all very helpful, very thorough, and knew their merchandise very well. Since I couldn’t afford their jewelry cleaning kit at that moment, the associate was able to give me some tips on how to keep my jewelry clean and looking new without the kit. I definitely am considering returning there and picking it up once I get the chance! In conclusion, I was extremely happy with my visit!

A mon arrivée, il y avait seulement un client dans le magasin alors j'ai eu un excellent service et facile mais à ma sortie il y avait plusieurs clients qui attendaient car il y avait seulement 2 conseillères alors j'ai été chanceuse. Mais pour les autres clients, ils ont du attendre un certain temps.

Le personnel est très connaissant et une aide hors paire. Je cherchais une breloque significative pour ma mère et la personne m’a montré plusieurs breloques. Les bijoux sont de qualités.

There was a lineup in front of the store and a bit of a wait, but once I got inside, I was welcomed and the counter was cleaned right away, then the representative was promptly ready to assist. She knew items she could recommend to me based on my budget and the fact that I was looking for a necklace and pendant as a birthday gift for someone who is an acquaintance. The representative showed me items that I could consider in place of the ones I wanted to see which were no longer available in store and that was when I learned that Pandora carries an adjustable necklace, then she paired it with a pretty pendant that she recommended. After I paid, she wrapped the necklace nicely and provided a gift receipt. The service was prompt, efficient, yet unhurried and pleasant. I told the representative that her service was the best I’ve had at Pandora.

Kayla H was extremely helpful and her advise was very helpful.

The saleswoman that helped me was very polite and sincerely nice! She informed me that my ring could be replaced since it was missing a stone. She found my bill in the system. Very lovely young woman, i think her name was Jessica!
