I was returning a bracelet purchased in the UK. I had no receipt only the credit card statement. The salesgirl immediately went to get me a new bracelet without looking at the statement! Seeing the broken bracelet was enough! I have never experienced this in my life! Incredible customer service. Julie was amazing and an asset to Pandora. She even showed me three stoppers that I will be back to purchase.

pandora has great jewlery and the costumer service is extremely nice and easily assessable luckily the employee my dad and i got was very nice to us and she told us that nearing the end of november there will be a harry potter collection coming to pandora which got me very excited to return as i love the series so much and pandora's jewlery is very high quality and some of my favourite purshases are from there.
