I feel that the products are very good quality and the staff extremely helpful and friendly that only thing that I find could be improved is, especially when you know exactly what you would like to purchase often you will have to wait for a free sales agent for sometimes up to 30 minutes to serve you.

I was bringing back a damaged item and there was no issues/complications when trying to exchange it. The employee made it very easy and simple to return the item. The employee was very nice as well.

I walked in with recently purchased item that was defective. It was no questions asked, easy return and to add to it associate commented that the braceket size my husband chose might be too big and offered to show me a size smaller which was perfect! I was impressed
