The sales associate was very friendly and helpful!! One item I wanted wasn’t in stock but she went to the trouble to find it at another store! Your promotion was a big bonus as well!! It got me spend twice as much as I planned!! Lil!!

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associate was a bit too pushy. She kept offering complimentary products, such a necklace, even when I had insisted that I was only there to get hoop earrings. Also, while I was about to pay, the payment terminal lost power and it took an extra five minutes to get another one.

As you can see from my answers, I was "highly satisfied" with several aspects of this visit, and I was also "satisfied" with other aspects. The only question I was "neither satisfied or dissatisfied" was the one about value/price. Unless you are having some type of promotion, (which doesn't happen all the time), I find your jewellery a bit on the expensive side. I feel you would probably sell more if u lowered them.

The only complaint I have is that there was only two sales people available. With the holidays approaching there needs to be a better system. Some customers take over half an hour with the salesperson. The wait is extremely long. There should be another line for customers that know exactly what they want. However the salesperson Amanda was extremely friendly. Very kind considering that there was a huge line outside. Not always easy for the salesperson when the customers waiting outside are extremely frustrated.

Difficulté à effectuer les sondages. Impossibilité d'avoir le $10 de rabais que j'aurais pu utiliser hier lors de mes achats. J'avais 3 sondages que je n'ai pas pu réussir à compléter parce que le site ne fonctinnait pas. Ma facture d'hier est de $166.71 et j'aurais bien apprécié pourvoir utiliser le $10 de rabais... mais les sondages n'ont pas fonctionnés quand j'ai tenté de les faire après plusieurs reprises... et ensuite le délai était expiré!
