The staff was very friendly patient. They took time to show different options. Asked for help from other members when not sure and went beyond to find a solution.

The sales associate was trying to push me a little too much to buy the matching necklace

I didn’t have any particular issues with this particular visit, other than the fact that I’ve been waiting for the ring I came to pick-up, since before Christmas. Also, other times, I’ve had to wait outside of the store in line-up in order to pick-up an order I placed online & asked to be shipped at the store. And, the availability of products as well as the variety of rings is not too great.

The sales associate was being a bit pushy with selling me things i did not want. I said multiple times that i wasn’t interested.

We had asked the worker if she was able to see if she had a certain charm but completely disregarded it but it could’ve been due to the fact we could barley hear over the Plexi glass

evidemment quand on y va à l'ouverture du magasin, on a pas de file d'attente et les vendeuses commencent leur journée et sont de bonne humeur avec les clientes.

costumer sevice was verry good employee showed me alot of options a bit pricy
