I was purchasing a charm and i would have appreciated to be shown a selection. I was just shown a few charms.

There wasn't much of a lineup. I just wanted to know if they had the bracelet I was looking for in the right size but it was hard to get the attention of an employee. It said a maximum of 4 customers and yet there were only really 2costumers accompanied by friends or family which meant I could go in to talk to someone. I had to wait a long time so that 2 people would come out at once. I was in a hurry on top of that because I had already done my research in another store that didn't have my size. Customers should not be allowed to have a second person with them if they aren't planning on buying anything

Took a pretty long time to find her stuff but I was still happy with my experience

I choose a charm which was a child one and the sales staff did not advise mr. the charm was very small so I went back and exchanged it

There are lots of options but not what I was looking for. I also believe for the value and price of my purchase the charm could be bigger, the writing was very small.
