Hello, I was eager to shop at Pandora since the Covid confinement started. I went early and found the Sales people very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their expertise very much & will recommend this store to my friends. I will be returning soon to shop for another anniversary gift.

The stone of my ring fell off after not even 2 months. When I went to exchange the ring, the sales associate insinuated that I used harsh chemicals that may have caused the stone to fall out. I explained to her that I never did (I remove my rings before washing my hands and have never immersed my jewelry in any sort of chemicals). When I explained to her that I never did, she told me that the stone of this ring is handset and then pointed out yellowing where the stone is set. She told me that if this happens again, I may not be eligible for an exchange and will be offered something else in store, saying that this can be due to the way I wear my jewelry. I found myself quite uncomfortable. I will continue shopping at Pandora but will not be revisiting this Pandora store.

My Pandora store only had 1 of the 3 items I was looking for. My S.A told my that they would my getting in new stock, and to check back. I bought 2 other items but they were not exactly what I was looking for , but still nice.

I went to buy clips for my bracelet, and they don’t have many options of clips, most of the clips are made for the bracelets that doesnt need clips. I wish there were more options for clips, more styles. Clips for other bracelets the styles are very good and many options unfortunately I can’t buy them for my bracelet. I also wanted to spend more to get the free jewelry box (promo), but they didnt have any, a bit disappointed. I still ended up purchasing clips but I would be more satisfied if there were more options

A lot of the charms I was looking for they didnt not have it in stock. I didnt receive any jewelry box (gift with purchase) with my purchase because they ran out of stock, i understand however I was a little disappointed about it. Sales rep seemed very confused during checkout and kept having to ask other associates how to proccess the checkout. Overall my experience could have been better than last visit.

With the virus I understand the need to keep store capacity to a minimum, however there were 4 store associates, only 1 was occupied with a family of 2, while the other 3 associates were not doing anything. I found it slightly disappointing that I had to wait 20 minutes to enter the store when 3 associates were not busy. Additionally, there were arrows on the ground to direct customers where to go which were not being enforced by the associates. So at times I found myself closer to other customers than comfortable. Overall satisfied with the merchandise however I wish my associate was more knowledgeable about the products.

I purchased a gold plated bracelet that was sold out everywhere else. Upon returning home, i realized the locket attached was scratched on the back! As it is for a gift, i was very disappointed. Was i sold a used return??

I was very satisfied with my purchase.I enjoyed my experience with the employee i met.She satisfied my needs but the atmosphere was not that great because all the employees were asking constently questions and were not letting me look at the items peacefuly.

Vos promotions entre Noel et Jour de l'An devraient s'appliquer sur tous les produits Pandora même les nouveautés car je suis une très bonne cliente et les produits que vous mettez en promotion je les ai déjà. D'ailleurs la collection Pandora me celle que j'ai acheté n'était pas en promotion et c'est frustrant car les bons clients comme moi n'ont aucun rabais et c'est nous qui achetons le plus pendant l'année. Les bons clients devraient avoir une carte privilège selon les achats que l'on fait et ça serait plus juste pour tout le monde.
