In previous visits I have found the quality of service to be horrible. The staff have been rude and had a very catty attitude. I wasn't not expecting this time would be any different but I was presently surprised. I didn't give a 'Highly Satisfied' rating as I feel the way I was treated during this visit (which was great) but it should have been this way every time and have more consistency.

The light were overly bright which made the store super hot. The sales girls were slow moving and somewhat sarcastic. Prices were hard to find on the merchandise.

la vendeuse ma donner des prix et au finale les prix était plus élever de 17$ et 25$ de plus que se quel m’avait dit au dépare met l autre vendeuse est venu et j ai quand même repartie avec un bracelet met un peux déçu de la première vendeuse.

Unfortunately, I had to wait 30 minutes to exchange the broken lock on the bracelet, however I was thanked for my patience.

I went with a friend to your Pandora store. During the Boxing week amazing sale. We waited over an hour to get in. I am unfortunately have some physical challenges. Needless, to say , we were very happy to finally get in. I have only ever gone to Pandora , to buy gifts for other people. Last year, was the first time I went for myself, during the boxing week sale.Plus, had to return twice due to a mix up on the fault of the sales associate. It was a nightmare in the store. Very disorganized, this year was much better. My friend and I were just finalizing our purchases. When, another associate was very pushy and rude. Her customer had to see the charms. Right then and there.So basically, were supposed to switch places. Our sales associate, was extremely professional and polite. She explained how it would only take a few minutes.

The shopping experience was not the best the lineup was bad and the wait very long. There must be a better way to sell charms.

Quite a few of the products I was looking for had been discontinued, so I could not find what I was looking for although the sales associate did help me find other things
