La jeune vendeuse ne me donnait pas les bons prix et insistait beaucoup pour que j’achète allant jusqu’à me suggérer d’acheter un bracelet trop grand pour revenir ensuite l’échanger pour un plus petit lorsque celui-ci serait disponible. On m’a aussi offert un emballage cadeau qui a l’air de n’importe quoi, une boite mise dans un sac avec une boucle bancale qui tombe sans cesse. Je m’attendais à un service A1 vu le prix et la qualité de vos produit et j’ai été très déçu, la vendeuse était très gentille mais clairement pas au courant de ce qu’elle vendait.

I wanted to return an item and the salesperson was extremely pushy on me choosing another item when I said I just want to return it. She kept asking if I wanted something else, if I already had Pandora items and if I wanted to buy another charm for my bracelet etc. Also trying to push to buy the cleaning kit.

Les boucles d'oreilles que je voulais acheter n'étaient disponibles en magasin. J'ai demandé à les acheter en ligne, mais je ne pouvais pas utiliser ma carte cadeau du Pandora du Fairview en ligne.

Le vendeur était impatient malgré le fait que j'avais fait mes choix très rapidement. Il ne retrouvait plus les bagues que j'avais déjà essayé car il ne disposait pas d'une boite avec les articles essayés par le client comme j'ai vu que ses autres collègues le faisait. D'ici le temps d'attente pour me redonner l'article essayé en premier pour comparaison. Une longue fille d'attente a l'extérieur et des catalogues peu nombreuses. Le magasin est très petit pour un grand centre commercial. Aucune explication reçu a la fin, concernant la possibilité de nettoyer les bijoux ou autre. L’insatisfaction est du au service reçu plutôt que sur la qualité des articles.

There were two female sales associates who were available when I walked into the store at Fariview Shopping Mall in Pointe Claire. I began to serve me and the other stood right beside her. When I asked if they had the wanderlust charm they both looked at each other and was like I never heard of this charm. "Are you sure we have it" then they were giggling and saying how cute I was for searching on my phone to show them. While they were speaking about some "creep" who was walking outside of the store who always passes by and ask questions. Then someone else came into the store and the second girl became busy and left me and the other work alone.

I am a regular Pandora customer and this is the first time that I was dissatisfied with the person that served me. She was disinterested and did not offer any choices. She waited for me to suggest things. In the past, all the sale representative were very proactive in showing me things and making suggestion. She was polite and did make an effort to find what I wanted however.

This is no way is a reflection of the salesperson, Kayla, who was friendly and professional even though I was unhappy. I used to get my Pandora items cleaned for free. Now I had to spend $23.00 for a cleaning solution. I understand that due to covid, this service is no longer available, I was disappointed that I had to purchase a cleaner at an expensive price. I needed to have my items cleaned as I would no longer have worn them and felt that I had no choice but to purchase the cleaner. The cleaning solution was also very overpriced compared to other jewelry cleaners. The experience left me with a bad feeling about Pandora. I will probably think twice about future Pandora purchases.

J’ai effectué un retour et je n’ai pas aimé du tout la pression mise sur moi pour échanger plutôt qu’un remboursement. Elle m’a demandé 3 fois de voir la facture et voulait que j’explique 2 fois la raison du retour. Très désagréable venant d’une petite jeune envers moi. J’ai déjà pour 3000$ de Pandora et je n’ai pas besoin de vente à pression. On voit qu’elle a été formée de cette façon. Je vous conseille fortement de changer cette pratique qui ne correspond pas du tout avec les valeurs de nos jours.

My sales person Marlie C was unfriendly, rude and condescending. She gave the impression that she did not want to be there and does not enjoy her job. I would have preferred to receive the type of service her colleague (blonde girl) was offering the other customers (i.e. smiling and helpful). I would have walked out, but needed to buy a birthday gift.
