The service was great! Both employees and customers were very friendly. i loved my visit. it’s my favourite jewelry store in town !

It was a pleasant overall experience. The sales associate was most calm, friendly, and ensured my customer satisfaction. I left my bracelets to clean, and she ensured I was well aware of the hours to pick up before the store closed. Overall the experience was so nice that I wanted to stay and purchase a new piece, which I did.

Our sales representative Lindsay J was fabulous. She had a big smile on her face at all times, was very kind and patient with us and took the time to explain, show, make us try on and gave her honest opinion. Has a great personality that makes you want to speak with her and is very approachable. The best!

I love the store in the galerie D Anjou,the staff is excelent.I went in to purchase the club charm 2020.The salesperson was happy to to find the last one in a displaycase.(so was I). I asked if she had any reduced charms,she took out the tray and even read some of the writting for me.Great service as always.

i came in regarding a ring that main diamond had fell off and within my year warranty they looked me up and exchanged it with no problem! i ended up also buying another ring too.
