The massage therapist was very experienced and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job of targeting my specific aches.

I've been a member of Hand & Stone for several years and am very satisfied with every aspect of the business and their staff. My dissatisfaction with my confirmation e-mails is that they always include the add-on service I had at my previous appointment. I change my preference every month so it's never correct for my current appointment.

The receptionist was knowledable and friendly. Cassandra was excellent in demeanor, knowledge and performance.

Everything was great, we loved our experience. Massages were excellent. The only issue was that my wife's therapist was coughing/clearing throat throughout and did not wear a mask.

Brian is a wonderful massage therapist who focuses on the need of his customers. Everyone in the Boulder office is so nice and friendly. The place is very clean and welcoming.
