Staff knowledge and ease of appointment, proximity, professionalism

I am always very impressed with my visits to this spa. Firstly, all the front desk staff are the kindest, calmest, and most genuine. Secondly, my massage therapist (David) is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I leave appointments feeling less pain and more relaxed. Initially I wasn’t sure I’d like this place because I assumed it was a corporate chain, but when I go there I feel like people care about me and love what they do.

I’ve been coming to H&S for more than a year. I find great value in the services, both facial and massage. I’m impressed with the knowledge of the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I enjoy my experience very much.

I was not expecting much, but to my surprise, I was blown away with the experience I had at Hand and Stone. Gabby was terrific and the only thing I regret about my session, was not signing up for a longer massage!

I have had a massage at Hand and Stone, but never a facial at any location. So, she was very friendly in keeping me updated on what each part of the facial entailed and how I should care for my face afterwards. It was a pleasant experience, and I could see myself doing it again in the future.
