The staff is always great and greets me by name. The esthetician was so kind! She totally understands what issues I was having. Loved her!

Brian is wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable but not intrusive. All the staff are welcoming and warm.

I wanted to schedule massages and facials for two people and thought I had enough of a head start of a couple of weeks, but the first two Hand & Stones I called were not able to accommodate. I was so happy when the Boulder location could! From the phone conversation when I booked the appointments, to checking out at the end, everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. My esthetician (I believe her name was Gail?) was an absolute delight. I can't wait to schedule another facial. And my massage therapist, Gabby, paid more attention to the areas I wanted to focus on than any other therapist I've had. So impressive! Five stars all around.

The therapist was very professional and helped me feel relaxed. Therapist did a great job, focusing on the areas that give me trouble and using just the right amount of pressure. The proportion of time spent on different areas was just right and well balanced.

My esthetician was kind and suggested a microdermabrasion procedure that was new to me. I loved the result a week later.

I booked an appointment to help alleviate pain. I was surprised by how effective the appointment was and impressed with the massage therapist’s knowledge.

Everyone was very nice, from front desk to the massage therapists! Our room was the perfect temp and very clean. We had a couples massage and both me and my partner were satisfied.
