I don't love the Hand & Stone website and online booking process, but that is the only area that I can think for them to improve. Reception and massage there staff are amazing. The ambiance, cleanliness, and services are all top notch.

The massage therapist I had was very good. I enjoyed my visit and liked the staff. Service was both efficient and personal. The waiting area is bright and sunny and the massage room had good ambiance. What more could I want?!
