I really enjoyed the ambiance of the facility, the friendliness of all the staff, and how qualified Gail, my esthetician was. I enjoyed my visit and would love to come back. It was a bonus that I was able to use one of my BOGO gift cards I purchased in December. I already wrote a good review on Google.

It was easy to check in and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment to start. My therapist was friendly and professional and took time to make sure I was comfortable. He did a great job focusing on the areas I asked (he even said he could tell I carry my one-year-old daughter mostly with my left arm 😂)

The owner Ellen and her husband David are so generous and kind. The front staff member Brooke is the sweetest. Jay was my massage therapist and he really worked on all my kinks. Was a really amazing session.

The front desk staff was really nice and made me feel super welcome. My massage therapist, Brian, was amazing and the massage was fantastic. Everyone at the Boulder facility is friendly and helpful.

The customer service at hand and stone is excellent. I have had several massages with two different therapist and they have both been great.

Gabi is very knowledgeable and is a master at his craft. This last visit improved my balance. I was surprised how much easier it was to balance on one leg getting dressed. A benefit I didn’t expect!

Great first time massage with Gabby. 50 min is too short for me, though- and it takes a big longer to relax plus get the kinks out. I think we started late 15 min after the hour and ended at 4 on the dot. It can take sometime to get used to a new client/therapist so i appreciate the time he took to talk and give me space at the beg. but it ends up veing too short a massage experience for my taste. thanks
