My massage therapist was AMAZING. Everything I mentioned as problem areas and pressure preferences were noted and applied with perfection. I was thrilled with the whole experience and can't wait to book another session. This is what I am always hoping for when I book a massage, so it is so exciting when everything aligns. Thank you for the best massage in ages! As a side note, the note about a button on the bed to call the front desk in an emergency really sets a weird tone to the beginning of a massage while you're mentally getting ready to relax. I feel bad for the therapist having to explain that. Seems like there is a better way to tell people about this in the paperwork, lobby or massage booking process. While it seems like a nice thing to offer, as the last thing I learn going into a massage, it makes me ask myself why it's even being brought up. In any case, my massage therapist handled the overview great. It's more of an overall observation about where it could be fit into the process flow.

Brian is an amazing therapist. He always asks for my pain points and focuses on them. He is super professional and always applies the right amount of pressure. Fantastic experience!

The therapist knew exactly the right places to push to work out the knots in my back and took the time to explain what he was doing and how it would relieve the pain.

My esthetician: 1) Was awaiting in the lobby for my arrival; 2) Offered my wife comfortable seating while I was having my facial; and, 3) Applied new and effective creams during the process. The satisfaction level was almost comparable to a Hydra-Facial.

Very friendly staff that addressed my unique needs

The massage therapist was very accomodating around a recent injury. The massage therapist was thorough in taking care of my requests for medium pressure and focusing on my neck and shoulders. I felt cared for and VERY relaxed.

I had issues walking in because of plantar fasciitis. After the massage, I was able to walk out which was amazing. I was so uncomfortable prior to the massage so being able to walk instead of hobble out was fantastic.
