Receptionist greeted me immediately upon arriving. Esthetician was very knowledgeable and experienced with the equipment. Esthetician answered all of my questions prior to the treatment and during the facial. Being an Esthetician myself and new to the Cryo technology, I felt comfortable with the whole process.
