Hand and Stone

Amber is my massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable and completely understands what my requirements are. My only dissatisfaction and this is NOT a reflection on Amber, even though it is called 90 minutes they always take time off for clean up. That should not be reflected on the customer, otherwise I am very happy.

The room was dark during the massage this was very good but, after I would like to see how to put on my cloths.

The price is good I hope my membership price doesn’t increase or I will have to cancel

Katya did an amazing job and I loved the front desk.

Carolyn did my facial. She was very professional and I thought it was the most relaxing facial I have ever had. Very satisfied with the results.

The only issue is not allowing to deduct the exact amount from the credit for paying extra 30 mins. We end up paying more than the invoice

I just find the experience to be pleasant and enjoyable.

It is a very clean and inviting environment. The service was awesome. I would definitely recommend Hand and Stone to a friend.

Joyce is the best masseuse I have ever had! She is fantastic, I always leave feeling so much better. The desk staff were friendly and nice. However, I wanted to buy the BOGO offer going on and was told I HAD to purchase the buy 2 get one free package since I was a member. I didn't need 3, I only needed 2. I don't need an extra one for me, I pay my monthly membership payment already, don't need an extra service. I challenged it a few times, but she said since I was a member, I HAD to go with the buy 2 get one free package. It was more than I wanted to spend and was disappointed in that.

Therapist was well versed in message techniques. She was able to hit all the tension areas that I had.
