Overall relaxation from having the massage and the facial together.

I have extreme knots in my back and was able to schedule a last minute appointment when I unexpectedly got a day off of work. The therapist really worked hard to relax my muscles and did an amazing job within the time constraints of the appointment.

My massage was with Bree, she was highly professional and really gave an amazing massage. I have had many in my life and this was one one of the very best I have ever had. I will be back to see Bree.

The tech was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and the temperature was great. The tech had great technique.

The facial and lactic peel with LED treatment was amazing. Kelly was very knowledgeable and paid attention to my target areas. I did receive a $20 off facial upgrade coupon via email which, according to the receptionist, I was unable to use since I had already used two of my credits to cover the cost of the facial. It was a little disappointing and confusing but would not impact my decision to return to H&S

I booked microdermabrasion- as it was available on the website to be booked. Not once did anyone alert me they no longer did microdermabrasion when confirming my appointment. I drove all the way there to be told it was not an option. I specifically drove that far to receive the microdermabrasion.
