The woman who gave me the facial was very knowledgeable. She made me feel very relaxed. She spent a lot of time explaining the specific products for my skin.

Answered all my questions and made adjustments for my sensitive skin.

Cleanliness of the space, good massage therapist, and available oils that i liked.

I was a former member. The therapist was one of the best I’ve had. I would LOVE to become a member again but really want an option to get a charge for every other month. I am a busy mom now and just don’t have the time I used to have and when I was a member the monthly massage would just keep rolling over and I eventually had 15+ massages I still needed to get. Wish there were other package options!! I also would like to be able to figure out a way to track how many massages I have as a member left using an online profile and be able to book online.

I just answered this. However, the problem is YOU not the staff. You need to try to provide pertinent information on this whatever it's call....questionnaire. It's annoying but maybe I'm just cranky today.

Great communication before appointment, friendly staff! Feel welcomed every single time. Esthetician ensures I am aware of what’s happening and products used etc. always feel good leaving with improved skin and good experience
