Amber is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly which facial to recommend during my visits. She is very cheerful and pleasant and so welcoming each time.

Everything was great! The facial was just right! The overall massage was amazing!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly employee and other staff. Found the lobby clean and comfortable. The therapist friendly and the massage everything I wanted it to be.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because my Therapist Milen has always been very efficient with his time management and information regarding the anatomy. I tend to ask a lot of questions that he always seem to provide the right answers to. Milen has been able to resolve certain discomforts upon pointing the out on the spot as well.

Overall it was a good experience. Areas that i mentioned to the therapist should have more time spent on them and less on other areas. I think the "Personal safety" is beyond what needs to done and in my opinion should be dialed back a bit. I makes me feel uncomfortable when it's played up so much, not only in your business but all businesses. I'm not alone with my feelings on this. I've discussed this with others and we believe that much of this causes unnecessary tension on everyone.

Jen did a really good job and was very professional. It was relaxing and I like the salt stone. I think they could use diffuser in the rooms and that would help even more or put essential oil near where your face is during the massage. Great job Jen!

Kim always does a great job. She takes time to understand exactly what areas need attention. She tries different techniques and genuinely shows she cares.
