The cost increased for the monthly membership. As a long time member, I feel that there should be a grandfathered rate. It’s really making me think about whether or not I want to pay for a member ship for myself and a membership for my spouse.

Clean environment, friendly staff and knowledgeable massage therapist who listens and addresses areas of aches and pains.

My ethstatician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable. I loved the warming bed and massage and the hot towels.

Stephanie is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable and very good!

Have been going to Olivia for more than a year now. She’s amazing with her work and knows her stuff. She’s very gentle and honestly I go to this branch just for her.

Milen really makes my comfort and concerns his utmost priority and it really shows! The staff has always been incredibly friendly and accommodating! The membership price has gone up and I really thought about cancelling however since I have had no negative experience up to this point I am continuing.

The masseuse was very personable. She didn't find it necessary to ask me questions about anything other than information that pertained to a massage. Had I wanted to have a conversation I'm sure she would have complied. I told her what I thought she would want to know about what was going on with me, e.g. I had both vaccines, the room was fine and she could turn up or down the heat, etc. I felt I got the fully amount of time allotted for the massage; however many minutes that is. I didn't feel hovered over when it came time to leave or pressured to make a purchase of any kind. She wore a mask even though I believe she had her vaccines which I'd rather someone be more careful than less careful. The massage was good. Had she offered any type of information concerning what I needed to do or not do for my health that would have been welcomed but again, I didn't go there to talk and I appreciated not having to answer general questions that some ask just to be nice I think...there is a fine line I'm sure for asking/not asking/talking and she was wonderful.

I think my massage therapists are great. I saw Kim on this visit and I think she’s very knowledgeable and always does a great job.

My massage therapist, Rob, actually listens to my specific needs for my massages. He will ask how I’ve been feeling since my last massage. Rob and the whole staff are so friendly and accommodating. It’s very comfortable there.
