Jen took the time to ask prior to my massage about the areas she needed to spend time on. she spent the necessary time on my problem areas. She also suggest what to do at my next appointment.

This was my first massage experience and I was somewhat reluctant going in. The massage therapist put me completely at ease and was extremely professional throughout the service. I was extremely relaxed and enjoyed the experience immensely.
