Everyone was very friendly and thoughtful from the start. Anything that I said was heard and acknowledged. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure it was flawlessly executed. I haven't have a bad experience yet! I will recommend Amber and Rob to anyone that is looking for a relaxing spa day! :)

The girls at the front counter are always pleasant. The massage and facial staff I’ve met have been wonderful. Every time I walk in it’s a pleasant experience.

Receptionist very friendly. Therapist listened to my requests - didnt have a preset format that he followed. Also used good amount of pressure where needed. I am super picky about my massage and this was an A! Only thing to make it better would be :90.

I have very sore muscles due to arthritis and fibromyalgia and so as a birthday present to me, my daughter, and my close friend, my close friend booked us massages at the Rochester location. The Washington location, which is much closer to home, would not book our 3 massages at the same time. Very disappointed. But we were treated like queens in Rochester! All 3 of our therapists were wonderful!!

As my first time visit the receptionist took care of me right away my massage therapist was there right away in the price is fair

this was for my mother and she felt better after the massage which is good. she said she enjoyed it and would like to go back sometime.

Masseuse Richard was really friendly. Made me very comfortable. This was my second prenatal massage and loved every minute of the atmosphere.

I thoroughly enjoyed the services I received because I was relaxed during them a d after, as well as treated to a very classy and professional atmosphere.

Olivia is the BEST! She's very good at what she does and talks the right amount. i.e. not too chatty, not too quiet - takes her queue from the client. I've been seeing her since your spa opened - albeit, not at all during Covid.

The massage was great. The mood was great. My body is relaxed I’m relaxed and it was a great time I will be returning and hopefully everyone I told about it will be coming to see you guys soon
