The threrapist was excellent. The salon adhered to COVID protocols n which I felt safe and relaxed. Very professionally managed.

I felt welcomed and any question I asked was answered in a positive manner. I felt the entire staff was professional. Monique conquered my stress areas.

I thought the front desk staff were so attentive and kind. I loved my facial!

Hand and Stone is very clean, lobby, rooms in particular. The front line staff is as accommodating as they can be. Related to the facial I believe Lindsay (I hope that's her name) is very thorough in what she does. Because she's so good I hate to try anyone else...who may be equally as good. She makes suggestions but I have never felt pressured. She does her very best with what she had to work with. She is always timely and doesn't waste time.

I was highly satisfied because my massage therapist was friendly. It was my first time and she made it comfortable for me. I left with a lot of knowledge about massages and aftercare when I arrived home.

I have been coming to hand and stone for a few months now. I have been enjoying the services from hand and stone. I have a membership because that's how much I enjoy the place. The employees are so kind and I just love the feedback from everyone.

Great service overall

Both services (massage and facial) were excellent. Both providers were knowledgeable and made it a very comfortable and relaxing experience.

Stephanie P. gives a fantastic massage and really helps work out problems areas. She showed me some helpful stretches I can use to stretch out certain areas that are tense. The Himalayan hot stones were a great addition to the massage.

Kelly was awesome - I loved my facial!
