Relaxing atmosphere, therapist was good and I felt comfortable the entire time.

Therapists are consistent. They are friendly and do a great job. We enjoy this membership more than others we have had in the past.

My experience most recently and in the past was nothing short of spectacular. This time I brought my wife as a gift for Valentine's Day and she liked it so much she joined my membership. Everything Hand and Stone Rochester does is top notch.

It was relaxing. Mike was friendly and made sure I was comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I loved the clean and peaceful atmosphere. Finally I just felt cared for and relaxed at Hand and Stone.

Massage therapist Milan is excellent

I went in for a prenatal massage and I left with a membership. After my appointment I felt relaxed, taller and less uncomfortable. I experience daily pain with this pregnancy, especially sciatica and my therapist was able to focus on my problem areas and relieve a lot of the pain. I was impressed with how relaxed I felt and I’m sure if I let myself, I could have fallen asleep (which is not easy to do at 21 weeks pregnant anymore). I’ve already recommended this spa to family/ friends and I will be coming back.

Oh my gosh it was amazing! I first had a massage with Matthew and he is great and friendly. Exactly what I needed, then after I had a facial with amber! She was super sweet and knowledgeable. I already have another facial booked with her!

I haven't been to a spa in over a year, so it was nice to return. My masseuse was very friendly and I overheard her in the hallway say that I was "very nice" to the aesthetician (I have very good hearing), which was a nice compliment. The masseuse offered great, low-cost suggestions on how to improve my working from home ergonomics which was the whole reason for my massage. The aesthetician was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I greatly enjoyed my facial even though the blackhead/clogged pore removal is a bit painful. My skin is glowing and I'm excited to return!

I prefer my therapist. she hits all the areas needed. will keep booking.
