Everyone was so friendly. The business was clean. And it was a nice relaxed atmosphere.

My therapist, Milen, used heated half-moon shaped pads for support under my shoulders while I was face down. I had asked for a towel to put under my left shoulder when he informed me he had something much better. Also, when I flipped to my back he gave me a neck support pad. I’ve never seen a therapist use anything beyond knee/ankle support and it’s a shame. The extra support is needed and I love Milen’s use of the pads.
