The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Kim was punctual, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and I felt safe with the additional protocols in place. Kim is a very skilled massage therapist and I will be back to see her!

Right from the start the whole process is amazing, the receptionists provide a nice relaxed area. Always very friendly and caring. My masseuse always brings 110%, always bubbly, joyful and friendly. She knows how to help relax the room. She always asks what's my problem area, and works that particular spot if there is one, I always am relaxed afterwise. Anyone I run into at Hand and Stone are very friendly. I always up talk Hand and Stone wherever I can. It's always a pleasant experience. Thank you.
