My recent experience at Hand and Stone was awesome. Amber was amazing in her knowledge and technique and gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever received. She succeeded in the two specific areas we targeted (shoulder and low back). So much relief!

The lady at the front desk was polite and extremely helpful. The massage therapist was professional, thoughtful and communicated well. After waiting 10 min, a man popped out of the back office to go check on my massage therapist and see if he needed help. I appreciated the gesture knowing how much effort is put into cleaning by and our safety.

First of all, everyone was friendly and geared towards the guests. Highly professional service individuals. Secondly the place was immaculate. This is not the same thing I would say about every massage company I’ve visited.

Everyone was super friendly at the Rochester hand and stone massage and facial spa. They were sold out of a product I wanted to try so the lady who did my facial gave me some samples which was super nice! Can’t wait to go back next month!
