I’ve never had a facial and it was a great experience. I was able to get some skin issues cleared up and the esthetician was able to give me some advice on how to help with my dry skin and gave me advice on preventing aging skin.

Duncan O. at the Rochester Hills, MI location is particularly knowledgeable in deep tissue massage. I prepaid for 10 massage services solely to see him and work on my shoulder and neck pain. Robert also at the Rochester Hills, MI location is exceptionally professional and courteous at managing the front desk. His demeanor and exceptional attitude make me feel like I’m at a upper scale spa! I also enjoyed the Troy, MI location but switched locations due to Duncan moving over tot Rochester Hills one. I’ve been going to 20 day spas in the area as well as NYC and Vegas in the last 15 years but never signed up for membership until Hand and Stone. Sumit sounds like an amazing franchise owner!
