Amber is the reason I go to Hand and Stone! She is a phenomenal massage therapist who is highly knowledgeable and skilled in her field. The Rochester Hand and Stone location is always professional, clean, organized, and friendly!

All staff was very friendly ever time I go. The whole spa is very clean and well organized and the messages are always relaxing and feels great.

I normally see Cheyenne for my facial- who I loved! When I called to make the appointment I was told that she was no longer with Hand & Stone. I was very disappointed, but asked for someone comparable and was booked with Leanne. I was very pleased and will continue my membership based on my experience:)

I was treated very well the whole time I was at the spa. All cleaning needs were done very well. I felt extremely safe. The increase cleaning procedures did not take away from the relaxing environment.

My therapist was helpful in explaining what he was doing and the expected result. I never feel rushed And he often checked to make sure pressure is ok.
