Gisele is excellent but stop this new practice of penalizing people for tipping!!! You should let us add the tip on to the bill as we were always able to do up until a few months ago instead of requiring Tippy which surcharges. Fine, the "old system" doesn't give the therapist their tip right away? It's your system, you fix it and give them the tip instead of penalizing your customers

The professionalism of the massage therapist is one reason I like to have the same one each time I come to Hand and Stone. Before he starts, he always asks if I have any problem areas or areas that need extra work to improve aches and pains in muscles and tendons. He is friendly, very knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable in the whole experience of the massage.
